New York’s Halloween Parade is making a great and welcome return: after being cancelled in 2020 due to COVID, it’s back today, October 31, 2021, and we can’t wait to watch it.

This will be the 48th time! It is a beautiful event that has become an unmissable tradition for all New Yorkers and those who visit the city at the end of October.
The parade runs north from Spring Street to 16th Street, also on 6th Avenue.

The parade starts at 7pm and lasts about 4 hours.
In fact, it usually ends around 11pm.
Attending the Halloween Parade is completely free of charge. All you have to do is go to 6th Avenue, well in advance, to get the best seats to see it.
Usually the final part, the part that goes from Bleeker Street to 14th Street, is the most filled with spectators. If you want to watch the parade in that area, arrive well in advance to get front row seats.
